چکیده

MicroRNAs a category of noncoding RNA dysregulations are involved in numerous pathological conditions including cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, immunological disorders, neurological diseases and many metabolic diseases. Advancement the knowledge microRNA applications led to diagnosis some early markers Currently innovative molecular biotechnology is holding promising future field application silencers inhibitors, replacers over expressers for tackling life threatening seq libraries mega patients groups cancer include expression profile multiple microRNAs but there need time develop such miRNAs other too. It will facilitate scientist judge perspective clinical scenarios by simple bioinformatics analysis.

Translational Antidote Research: A Bedside to Bench Tale

Although antidote development should proceed in an orderly fashion from observation, to experimental and safety studies, to clinical trials, this sequence is not always precisely followed. The development of fomepizole as an antidote for toxic alcohol and glycol poisoning is an example of how this may not be the case. Interest in the development of fomepizole was spurred in the 1960s. Shortly t...

MicroRNAs in Liver Disease: Bench to Bedside.

MicroRNAs (miRs) are small non-coding RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression by pairing with partially complementary target sequences in the 3'UTRs of mRNAs to promote degradation and/or block translation. Aberrant miR expression is associated with development of multiple diseases including hepatic diseases. The role of miRs in the regulation of gene expression and rapid progress in the ...

Research advances in esophageal diseases: bench to bedside

Over the last year, significant steps have been made toward understanding the pathogenesis of esophageal diseases and translating this knowledge to clinical practice. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is the most common outpatient diagnosis in gastroenterology and has a high prevalence in the general population. As many as 40% of patients with GERD have incomplete response to medical thera...
